System to report incidents and service requests to the IT Department
The IT Department has implemented a new system to report incidents or request assistance related to the technological services that the IE puts at your disposal such as the printing system, Wi-Fi, Citrix (Virtual Labs), IE Campus, etc.

It is a customized support service for the students, which makes the process more effective and direct and which also allows the students to track their case via an incident number.
The functionality is very simple and it speeds up the solution to all those problems relating to the IT systems that we currently use at IE and facilitates the request of the available services.
