Launch of the new version of the online CRM system

We would like to share with you all the launch of the new version of the online CRM system, ran using the Software as a Service (SaaS) model. The key advantages of the new CRM system are increased performance, better access to information from anywhere and any device, greater security and, above all, scalability that enables a greater capacity to respond our organization’s growing needs.

CRM plays a pivotal role at IE because it’s a corporate tool used transversally among departments: Finance and Administration, Admissions, Alumni, Business Innovation, Careers, Corporate Relations, International Developement, Entrepreneurship, Faculty, FASS, Marketing & Markets and Registrars Office.

The new version we have developed is the result of over a year’s work, coordinated between the departments of Business Innovation and IT.
